Insurance Administrative Solutions, L.L.C. (“IAS,” “we,” “us”) respects the privacy of the people whose information we handle. This policy explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.

Information we collect on this website

This website collects only what you choose to type into our contact form: your name, company, email address, telephone number, the topic you select, and your message. We also receive standard server log data, including your IP address, from our hosting provider.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site. The contact page embeds a Google Maps frame, which is subject to Google's own privacy policy.

Please do not send sensitive information through this form

The contact form is not a secure channel. Do not use it to send policy numbers, Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or medical information. If you need to send us something sensitive, call us at (727) 266-6351 and we will arrange a secure method.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to administer that relationship. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Information we handle for our clients

Separately from this website, IAS processes nonpublic personal information belonging to the policyholders of our client carriers and agencies. We handle that information as a service provider, under contract, and only for the purposes our client directs.

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect the information in our custody.
