Insurance Administrative Solutions is an insurance administration and brokerage services firm on US 19 in Clearwater, Florida. We are the people your policyholders talk to when they have a question, and the people your auditors talk to when they have a list.
The record is the product.
In this business, nothing we make is visible. There is no showroom. What there is, instead, is a record — of every premium taken, every endorsement made, every call answered and what was said on it. When that record is right, a carrier can close its books, an examiner can finish an audit, and a policyholder can get an answer on the first call.
When it is wrong, all three of those things become somebody's very bad month. So we treat the record as the deliverable, and we are unfashionably careful with it.
